GENERAL CLEANING

We will come into your home and clean to your requirements. We are happy to clean interior windows as long as they are reachable from floor level. Unfortunately due to Health & Safety Regulations, we cannot use ladders, chairs or other objects to stand on. We endeavor to provide all of our staff with sufficient equipment to access ‘hard to reach’ areas without the use of such objects.

We provide all cleaning materials and at the time of your consultation we will discuss these products. If you feel you require the use of eco friendly or non chemical based cleaning products, we will do our utmost to ensure your requests are met. A small charge may be added to cover the extra costs of these. Specialist products must be provided by the customer.

Initially, we will concentrate on one room each time we come so as to get the whole house up to our standard. (E.G a two bedroom house with a total of 5 rooms usually takes 5 cleans to get on top of). After that it is a case of maintaining the cleanliness, so the whole house will be cleaned each time we clean.

Cleaning task lists can be provided for you to complete prior to each session giving you the opportunity to choose what is cleaned when. Please ask your cleaner should you require these.

We also provide a House Movers Cleaning Service for the old and new house and small office cleaning. Other specialty cleaning can also be provided. Please call or email for further information.

INSIDE OF WINDOWS AFTER INITIAL CLEAN

We will happily clean the inside of your windows as a one off clean. As this takes time we charge extra as we would be unable to clean the rest of your house thoroughly, usually an extra hour will cover this. You may find your cleaner would prefer to come on a different day.

COST OF SERVICES

Service Charge Per Hour - (Minimum charge – 1hr) £15.00
House Movers Clean - £100.00 (3hrs,  2 members of staff)

Add-Ons

As there are occasions when extra services may be required we have included an Add-On service which allows you to budget for those one offs. All Add-ons are charged at £15.00 per hour. These may include shed or garage cleaning and inside of windows cleaned.

PAYMENT

Payment for one off services is required on the day of completion. Payment for regular Cleaning is to be paid the week of the clean by bank transfer, standing order or credit/debit card through Paypal. A charge of £30.00 may be added for late payments and no further service will be undertaken until payment has been received. No other credit will be given.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee all of our work, if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, you can contact us within 24hours of the service being completed and we will re-provide the service at no cost to you or if we are unable to re-provide the service, no payment will be requested. However, there are limitations to this. If a service of 2 hrs has been provided but a small area has been missed, we will not reimburse for this. Only in circumstances where a dissatisfaction of at least 30 minutes worth of work having not been completed will be given free of

charge.

If we are unable to provide a service on the given day due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a replacement at the next available opportunity.

Where we hold keys for clients’ properties, we guarantee to ensure all keys are kept in a locked cabinet and are not given out without authority. If we loose a key, we will pay for replacement locks and keys for you.

We guarantee all of our staff are fully referenced and trained accordingly. Copies of references are available on request.

We guarantee we are fully insured, a copy of our Insurance is available on request. All staff carry duplicates.
